The core colours, while grounded in nature, also express modernism powered by science.
The typographic expression carries the geometrical and modern sensibilities and the digital first expression of the whole brand system.


The iconography leans into abstract symbolism to allude to the gritty, complex process in an artful way. Providing another way to distinguish Darling Ingredients within the category.

At the core of the identity sits a visual expression to juxtapose the scientific and geometric sensibilities.
Generative AI was the perfect tool to allow us to create an inspirational and thought provoking world.
This was the quintessential use case of generative AI. It provided us a way to visualise a world and subjects that would be technically impossible to capture, unpalatable to see, and let alone visualise in an inspirational or emotive way.
